King’s Way Christian Schools is a private, Christian school in Vancouver, WA serving students from 12 months to 12th grade. General Description: King’s Way Christian Schools seeks a Head Girls Soccer Coach to join the Athletics Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity and the ability to positively impact high school students, aligning with the school’s mission and values. Responsibilities Conduct and supervise all practices Organize and implement game strategies Develop and evaluate player performance Establish a positive, process-oriented team culture Maintain ongoing and regular communication with student athletes and parents regarding program vision, philosophy, tactics, and schedule Coordinate with the Athletic Department to manage the program budget and track equipment and uniforms Supervise student athletes before, during, and after practices and games Partner with the Athletic Department to provide an excellent and meaningful student-athlete experience Assist in hiring and training of Assistant Coach(es) Plan and execute an off-season training schedule Collaborate with the Athletic Department to organize summer camps, clinics, and other development opportunities Model Christian character in interactions with coaches, players, referees, parents, and the broader community Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision, and King’s Way Statement of Faith Minimum of two years of successful coaching experience preferred Working knowledge of WIAA rules, eligibility standards, and safety expectations, or demonstrated ability to learn and apply them Ability to build positive, professional relationships with student-athletes, parents, officials, and school staff Strong verbal and written communication skills Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement in coaching practice Willingness to participate in professional development, including the 3D Coaching program Ability to meet all WIAA and school requirements for coaching eligibility, including background check clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
