Part Time Merchandiser

Merchandiser (Part-Time) About Footprint Solutions For more than 20 years, Footprint Solutions has partnered with some of the nation’s leading retailers to provide merchandising, installation, and in-store support services. We help retailers keep their stores organized, stocked, and customer‑ready. What You’ll Do As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. Responsibilities Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise Updating planograms and product displays Completing audits, surveys, and reporting Assisting with store refreshes and resets Applying security tags and labels Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app Building professional relationships with store associates and management Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $13.00 per hour Travel time pay and mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Earn supplemental income with a flexible schedule working in your local market Early wage access 401(k) with company match (when eligible) No experience required – virtual training and ongoing support provided Where You’ll Work This route typically averages 5 hours per week and in some areas 10 hours per week. It includes service at the following locations: 110 Main St Huntland, TN 37345 268 John Hunter Hwy Elora, TN 37328 6 Flintville Rd Flintville, TN 37335 Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus Able to effectively communicate with store personnel Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions Physical Requirements Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Related Experience Retail, Customer Service, Merchandising, Stocking, Inventory, Delivery Services, Gig Work, Part‑Time Employment, Dollar Store Retail Equal Opportunity Employer / Reasonable Accommodations Footprint Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
