Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements
- NY license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS certification
- EPIC charting experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform employee health assessments and pre-employment evaluations.
- Conduct immunizations, TB skin testing, and respirator/mask fit testing.
- Collect specimens, including blood and urine, and perform vital sign assessments.
- Review medical histories and documentation for compliance.
- Report and document workplace injuries and workman's compensation cases.
- Adhere to universal precautions and safety protocols.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks reviewed case-by-case
- Return staff policy: 1 year
- Submission limitation: Cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days RTO
