Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) with 2+ years of acute care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments while monitoring patient responses and reporting changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Perform patient assessments, wound care, discharge planning, and educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document patient care in the EMR while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
