As a Banquet Food Server, you will be integral to our success, providing outstanding guest service by delivering food and beverages with a smile. Essential Job Functions:

*Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness

*Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience

*Deliver guests' food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction

*After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure it's perfectly prepared for the next event

*Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies

*Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities

Physical Demands:

*Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs

*Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment

*Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

*High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

*Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred

*Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required

*Food Handlers Certification required
