Job Responsibilities
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the field of Embedded Software Development.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and applying Scrum practices in technical teams.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Gool understanding of embedded systems development, including real-time operating systems (RTOS), firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
- Experience with the unique challenges of embedded development, such as limited resources, real-time requirements, and hardware constraints.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English or German, written and spoken. German up to B2 , C1 level is must
