Le Monde Bryl is opening its first flagship store in New Yorks Upper East Side, marking an exciting new chapter for the brand. Were hiring a full-time Sales Associate to join our flagship NYC boutique. Youll create exceptional in-store experiences, drive sales through personalized customer service, support visual merchandising and inventory, and represent the brand with professionalism and style. Ideal candidates have 13 years retail experience in fashion or luxury, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Additional languages are a plus.

Key responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and product expertise to build client relationships and drive sales.

Greet customers, advise on styling, conduct fittings, and close sales with a consultative approach.

Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, and basic cash-handling procedures.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with window and floor styling, following brand directives.

Receive, inspect, and organize inventory; support stockroom systems and daily replenishment.

Meet individual and store sales targets; participate in loss-prevention and operational procedures.

Assist with events, private appointments, and clienteling activities (follow-ups, reservations, CRM notes).

Support opening/closing procedures and maintain boutique cleanliness and presentation.

Candidate profile

13 years experience in retail or luxury sales (boutique experience preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Comfortable with basic POS systems and retail tech; quick learner.

Team player with a flexible schedule (will include weekends and some evenings).

Additional languages are a plus.

Right to work in the U.S. required.

Compensation: 22-25 USD/ hour depending on experience + bonus/ commission structure
