Program Manager

Job Responsibilities Serve as a Program/Portfolio support lead focused on oversight rather than direct project execution Analyze multiple programs to identify risks, delays, cost overruns, and performance gaps Establish and track program-level metrics and thresholds to proactively flag issues Generate and interpret reports to provide actionable insights on program health Partner with M&C engineers, including work related to switch projects, to support program alignment Drive process improvements and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and delivery outcomes Develop tools, trackers, and reporting methods to enhance operational effectiveness Collaborate cross-functionally in team environments to identify challenges and implement solutions Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across functions Support schedule management, including identifying and helping resolve project delays Participate in field visits and in-person meetings/trainings as needed; exposure to construction environments possible Utilize Microsoft web-based applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to manage data and reporting Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Operate with high accountability, self‑motivation, and ownership of work Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum: (3) Three - Five (5) years of related program/portfolio management experience or equivalent Minimum: Software: SAP, Excel Bonus: Utility Experience Bonus: PMP Certification Desired Skills and Experience Program Manager OR Project Manager OR PMP *No C2C or sponsorship available at this time.
