Pediatrician
Tarpon Springs, Florida

We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants meaningful patient relationships, strong loan repayment support, and a schedule that allows you to enjoy Florida’s Gulf Coast lifestyle.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management. You’ll be supported by dedicated MAs and a collaborative care team so you can focus on practicing medicine.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $183,000 – $260,000 (based on experience)
• Quarterly bonus potential up to $30,000 annually
• 95% employer-paid health insurance
