Christina Sliski State Farm agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Team Member to join our team! If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward goals, this could be a great opportunity for you. What we’re looking for:
• Positive, motivated, and dependable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Goal-oriented and competitive
• Able to provide excellent customer service while identifying insurance needs
• Insurance experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person! What we offer:
• Base pay + commission/bonuses
