Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Position Supply Chain Planning Specialist Level 1 or 2 . This position may be filled as a Level 2 or Level 3 based on qualifications. Essential Functions Forecasting chemical/consumable material needs based on historic and current usage. Manage inventory levels and shelf life of materials across the site. Coordinate disbursements based on area needs. Place purchase requisitions. Work closely with ESHM, M&P, and Operations on material changes. Prioritize with PCL on material release. Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery dates. Knowledge of SAP warehousing transactions. Basic Qualifications Level 1 Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point. SAP or similar ERP knowledge. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing including but not limited to electric carts, forklift, reachlift. Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time after starting. Basic Qualifications Level 2 Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point. SAP or similar ERP knowledge. Must have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to obtain and maintain equipment licensing including but not limited to electric carts, forklift, reachlift. Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and a Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time after starting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP. Experience with chemical management and handling. Experience with SAP for receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Experienced user of MS Office computer programs. Benefits and Compensation Primary Level Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $94,600.00. Secondary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses. Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and PTO.
