Social Media Manager - Poland (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager - Poland (m/f/d) to join our International Marketing team as a team player. Job summary: We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to oversee our polish social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the polish Sports / Fitness market. You will be responsible for growing our online community, creating engaging content, managing and growing influencer relationships, and driving brand awareness and engagement in Poland. If you have a passion for social media and an eye for design and image composition, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Support in the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the polish market. You must be located in Poland , with a deep understanding of local culture, trends, and communication styles. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the polish market to amplify our brand message and reach. Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation. Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI. Translate website content and other marketing materials into polish to ensure localization and cultural relevance. Dein Profil Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in Poland. Strong understanding of the polish Fitness / Sports market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in polish. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the polish market. Outgoing and communicative.
