HCP Education Manager

Leading the development of clinical and educational content for healthcare professionals, the full-time HCP Education & Content Development Manager will create high-quality materials for live programs, digital platforms, and conferences while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities Develop HCP-focused educational materials, including presentations, digital content, and product guides Maintain and optimize educational content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and strategic objectives Support the development and implementation of digital learning content within LMS platforms, enhancing learner experience and engagement Required qualifications Master's degree with 5+ years of directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of directly related experience Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or aesthetics industries Proven ability to manage content workflows and collaborate with multiple stakeholders Experience supporting the Promotional Review Process Strong project management skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines
