Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

Legacy Health-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Portland Area. Job Summary We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our welcoming and diverse communities of Portland and Vancouver providers. Key Responsibilities Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages, 6 months old and up). Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and provide preliminary reads of EKGs and X-rays. Make diagnoses and prescribe treatments/medications. Collaborative work environment with the opportunity to work with a dedicated scribe at busier centers. Work in state‑of‑the‑art centers equipped with advanced technology, including an integrated EPIC EMR. Collaborate with on‑site radiology technicians, medical assistants, and paramedics for support. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of full‑time experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting as an NP or PA. Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required. Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required. Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required. Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP).
