Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000. Grow our business (sell) and control expenses to make a profit. Inspect customers' homes to determine services needed. Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers. Network and make cold calls to generate sales leads. Conduct telephone prospecting and appointment setting. Complete all sales‑related paperwork accurately and on time. Qualifications No industry experience required. Prior outside sales experience is a plus. High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
