Lead Maintenance Technician Memphis, TN $30-$35/hr Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Overtime Available We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities: Lead and support daily maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Assign and monitor work orders. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance. Train and mentor maintenance staff. Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory. Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience. 2+ years in a lead or senior technician role. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. CMMS experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs.
