All you need is one year ofexperience ina dealership warehouse to change your career path forthe better.We need a reliable, professional parts counter person topurchase,sell, store and issue parts within our busy dealership.Sure,you'll need to be good at ordering parts and maintaininginventory, but you'll also need excellent people skills when dealingwith customers and internal staff. The right person can expect greatpay, great benefits and a great dealership familyenvironment.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine needs andaccuratelyspecify parts accordingly
• Create andmodifypurchase orders
• Issuepurchase ordersto appropriate vendor to orderparts
• Record warranty parts returned
• Create special orderedparts ondealership computer system and notify ASM, technicianorclient upon receipt
• Reviewspecial orderparts tracking
• Process and close open invoices
• Compare invoicesagainstrequisitions to verify quality and quantity ofmerchandise received
• Keeprecords of outsidepurchases and parts received andissued
• Perform ongoingwarehouse partsinventory
• Attend weeklydepartmentmeetings

Requirements

• Highschooldiploma or GED
• Oneyear ofdealership warehouse experience and/ortraining
