DOE Candidates with welding knowledge/experience and hands-on field, construction, equipment installation, or service experience are strongly preferred.Schedule: Monday – FridayResponsibilities:Assist with warehouse operations, production, and equipment assemblyOperate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safelyLoad, unload, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouseAssist with fabrication, assembly, and testing of equipmentPrepare, package, and ship materials and equipmentMaintain inventory, organize tools, and keep the warehouse cleanTravel to customer job sites to assist with equipment installation and maintenanceAssist with loading and unloading vehicles and trailersFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentPerform additional warehouse and field support duties as assignedRequirements:Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferredExperience using hand and power toolsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnForklift experience or willingness to become certifiedAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistanceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to travel up to 35% for field installationsStrong organizational and teamwork skillsReliable, dependable, and safety-mindedBenefits of working with Express include medical benefits, training, and scholarship opportunities.
