Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee daily customer support operations and help maintain a consistently high standard of service.

In this role, you will guide and support the customer service team, help resolve escalated customer concerns, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
