Supply Replenisher Associate IThis position supports the implementation of Lean Supply Management principles within the Business Unit (BU) Laboratory network. The role is responsible for managing the movement and replenishment of laboratory materials and supplies to ensure point-of-use availability. Key responsibilities include performing cycle counts, executing daily replenishment routines, and collaborating with laboratory staff and supply analysts to maintain accurate inventory and uninterrupted material availability.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute standardized business processes for managing material flow across assigned facilities, including laboratories, regional reference laboratories (RRL), patient service centers (PSC), and in-office phlebotomy (IOP) locations.Perform daily material replenishment activities to maintain adequate inventory levels.Conduct routine physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Maintain visual management systems, including Kanban replenishment systems and photo labeling and other mistake-proofing initiatives.Collaborate with laboratory personnel and supply analysts to ensure timely material availability.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing supply chain costs and improving replenishment cycle times.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Experience1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain.
