Help Desk Support

Help Desk Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT requests via the ticketing system, phone, chat, and in person.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Set up new employee computers, install software, and assist with onboarding.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Document support requests and maintain accurate asset inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
- Assist senior engineers with maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure environments.
- Help manage Microsoft Intune device policies and endpoint management.
- Participate in system patching, updates, and security initiatives.
- Learn basic PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
- Assist with infrastructure improvements and IT projects while developing hands-on engineering experience.
- 1–2 years of IT support experience, internship, or related technical experience.
- Recent graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is preferred.
- Understanding basic networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
- Passion for technology and a desire to grow into a Systems Engineer role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience/certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102, AZ-900) preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or Autopilot.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
- Experience using an IT ticketing system.
- Basic PowerShell scripting experience.
- Interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or IT automation.
- Learn directly from experienced Systems Engineers through hands-on mentorship.
- Gain exposure to Microsoft enterprise technologies including Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Work on real infrastructure projects—not just Help Desk tickets.
