Must also have open weekend availability/ppDuties:/pulliServes take-out food and drinks/liliAnswers inquiries about the menu and attend to the wishes of guests, as well as suggestively selling food and drinks./liliMust present a positive first impression of the restaurants friendliness, excellent service and high standards./liliServe guests and creates a warm and fun atmosphere for both guests and employees./liliAnswers questions about food and drinks including their ingredients, preparation and accompanying items./liliMerchandises menu items, such as appetizers, entrees, beverages and desserts./liliRings up orders on POS quickly and in proper courses and uses appropriate abbreviations and charges./liliFollows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication of guests and for handling intoxicated guests./liliResponsible for justifying the bank at end of shift as per company policy./liliKeeps Gourmet To-Go station clean and organized./liliEnsure all areas are clean. Restocks necessary supplies and brings all areas up to standard./liliDiscussing problem areas with manager. Performs shift change and / or closing duties. Answers telephone within two rings and answers questions accordingly./liliPerforms all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position./li/ulpQualifications:/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization./ppMathematical Skills:/ppAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute percent. Ability to make change./ppReasoning Ability:/ppAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
