Marketing Analyst

Summary As part of a company-wide business transformation, the Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the Transformation Office working across the organization to identify, manage and execute business process improvements that drive revenue and profitability improvements. Essential Functions Work across various teams within the company to identify opportunities in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions for improvement Identify and communicate with key stakeholders Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and product lifecycle management Assist in project management for selected projects Participate in the development and execution of plans to support sales and product management initiatives and objectives Research market trends, characteristics and competitive situations to determine the company’s current position Report monthly achievement of planned objectives for sales, profitability and effectiveness of programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, accounting, analytics, finance or other relevant field Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst or relevant role Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Travel Up to 10% travel Pay $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Location Saint Paul, MN 55128: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Carlisle
