Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit - 12 Hour Nights

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Medical Surgical Unit for 12-hour night shifts. The unit provides care for a variety of patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, UTI, GI bleed, alcohol withdrawal, and more. Nurses will work closely with a team and may be required to float to other units as needed.

This is a 13-week contract position.

12 hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled, with no self-scheduling or block scheduling available.

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing assessments.

Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patients' conditions.

Titrate medications and drips as required, excluding cardiac drips.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.

Assist with training and supervision of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) on the unit.

Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience; first-time travelers are accepted.

Current RN License and BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
