What We’re Offering:

Potential Annual Salary: $82,000- $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

Hybrid Flexible Schedule: Opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours with Monday–Friday. No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions - you're in full control.

Manageable Caseloads: Clear expectations for Direct Supervision and Parent Training based on your balanced caseload - you choose when your clinical care hours are delivered.

Strong Earning Potential: Competitive salary plus attainable monthly bonus (up to $21,600/year additional).

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.

Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.

Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.

Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

 

What We're Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB.

Subject to criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and MMR/VZV immunity - we pay for it.
