Direct hire location: Richfield, WI Pay rate: $38-40/hr, based on experience Shift: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Schedule: 2-2-3
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Conducting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with the team to ensure optimal operation of all machinery
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a technical certification or degree (required)
- Bring 35 years of relevant maintenance experience (required)
- Possess strong skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Are committed to safety and continuous improvement
- Are open to working flexible, 12-hour shifts
