About the Role As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

About the Role As a COTA in a skilled nursing setting, you'll work collaboratively with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care-helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Treat a diverse caseload, including occasional clinically complex patients
- Perform and assist with all types of transfers
- Provide adaptive ADL retraining and functional task practice
- Collaborate closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team
- Competency training is available -we're happy to support your growth in any of these areas
- Flexible daily scheduling - we'll work with you to support work-life balance while meeting patient needs
- Supportive, collaborative therapy culture
- Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
- One year of SNF experience preferred, but newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged to apply
