Entry Level Korean Speaking Legal Assistant/Assistant Case Manager

Dross Berman LLC is seeking an entry-level Korean-speaking Legal Assistant to join our dedicated team. This position offers a valuable learning experience in a boutique law firm specializing in personal injury cases. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys. Assist with case management by organizing and maintaining files, including client documents, medical records, and other evidence. Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients. Interpret and translate legal documents, conversations, and meetings between Korean speaking clients and attorneys. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Requirements Fluency in both English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal research tools. Professional demeanor, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a related legal support role is a plus but not required.
