As a CNA with La Vita Bella, you will:

• Provide hands-on personal care in patient homes and hospice settings
• Support patients with daily living activities while preserving dignity and comfort
• Work closely with nurses and hospice teams to deliver compassionate care plans
• Offer emotional support to patients and families during meaningful moments
• Help create peaceful, respectful end-of-life experiences

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in New Mexico
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and professionalism in home-based care settings
• Experience in home health or hospice is a plus, but not required
