Foundry Supervisor

Our Canton, OH facility is looking for a driven and seasoned Foundry Supervisor to lead our production efforts. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day foundry activities, balancing the need for high-quality output with rigorous safety standards. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in foundry operations to help us achieve our production targets. Core Duties Direct and organize the daily tasks of foundry staff to facilitate streamlined production workflows. Oversee production timelines, modifying operational flows as necessary to ensure all quality benchmarks and delivery dates are achieved. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by implementing and upholding strict safety procedures. Perform routine checks on machinery and plant infrastructure to guarantee everything operates at peak performance. Provide training and guidance to incoming staff members regarding foundry techniques and safety compliance. Work alongside quality assurance and engineering departments to address and rectify manufacturing challenges. Keep precise documentation of production data and provide performance updates to leadership. Contribute to ongoing optimization projects to improve overall plant productivity. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or equivalent, with preference given to those holding an engineering or related degree. Demonstrated history of leadership within a manufacturing or foundry setting. Comprehensive understanding of foundry equipment, standard processes, and industry safety codes. Strong capabilities in managing teams and providing effective leadership. Help ensure consistent output by utilizing your ability to diagnose and solve production problems. Effective interpersonal and communication abilities. Competency in utilizing software tools for monitoring production and generating reports. Flexibility to adjust your schedule to accommodate changing production requirements. Expertise in Investment Casting processes.
