We are looking for a high energy, professional, and big picture thinker to lead our team to success! Must have previous salon management experience of at least 5 years. Must also be willing to start as an assistant to learn our ways and the salon team. What are salon owners looking for in a great Salon Manager? Great communication skills A motivating attitude Top-notch technical skills Flexible and organized Driven to achieve goals Licensed to cut hair Requirements: Cosmetology license and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province) What benefits may be offered by each salon owner in return?
