You’ll work alongside a team that values precision, efficiency, and collaboration to keep our operations running at peak performance.What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):Run CNC machinery and equipment like a pro, keeping production moving efficiently and safely.Assemble, inspect, or package our cabinets with precision to meet top-tier quality standards.Keep the production line running smoothly by monitoring workflow and minimizing downtime.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in manufacturing or production; in cabinetry is a must.A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.Basic mechanical know-how and problem-solving abilities and tape measure readingThe ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when required #J-18808-Ljbffr Wisenbaker-Builder-Services
