At our manufacturing facility in Wayne, MI, we are seeking an experienced Weekend Supervisor to oversee our operations during the weekends. As a leading provider of high-quality products and services to businesses across the region, we are committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment, even outside of our standard weekday hours.

In this temporary role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled technicians and ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. Your key duties will include:

• Monitoring and coordinating the work of the weekend production team
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing immediate solutions
• Communicating with the weekday management team to provide updates and coordinate handoffs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of weekend activities

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong background in supervision, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and a keen eye for detail are also essential.
