MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are NOW HIRING Reach Truck Operators in Hebron, KY!

Available 1st Shift Schedules:

Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Sunday–Tuesday: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM

We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will safely move, store, load, and unload materials while following established procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.

Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the warehouse.

Read and follow work orders and operating procedures.

Scan products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Count, verify, and document inventory accurately.

Label and identify materials as required.

Secure loads using proper strapping and bracing methods.

Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous reach truck or forklift experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days of hire.

Ability to read and complete basic forms and work instructions.

Basic math and inventory-counting skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Must be able to meet the position’s physical requirements.

Must be able to work on-site in Hebron, KY.

Must be willing to obtain forklift certification if needed.
