Personal Lines Underwriter

Join our team as a Personal Lines Underwriter, where you'll play a key role in evaluating and managing insurance applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing details, making informed decisions, and collaborating with others to deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you'll assess individual insurance applications for property and casualty coverage. You'll evaluate property value, location, usage, safety features, and other key details to decide whether to accept, modify, or decline risks. You'll work closely with field teams to gather information and support senior underwriters in managing accounts. Your work will help ensure we provide tailored insurance solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
