Cornerstone Caregiving
As a Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and adults maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Meal planning and preparation.
Light housekeeping and laundry.
Medication reminders.
Companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities.
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Transportation to appointments and errands, when needed.
Monitoring changes in the client's condition and communicating concerns to the office.
Maintaining accurate documentation and following each client's individualized care plan.
