Service Staff for La Venta Inn/ Los Angeles area events

$25/hour as needed for shifts throughout the week

We are currently seeking experienced Service Staff to support meetings and events at La Venta Inn/ Los Angeles area events. This is an as-needed position based on scheduled events throughout the week under the catering department throughout the week as meetings and events are scheduled.

$25/hourly + 15% tip per shift

Deliver exceptional, guest-focused food and beverage service with attention to detail and professionalism

Execute event setup and breakdown efficiently, ensuring all spaces meet presentation and operational standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready environment throughout the duration of each event

Anticipate guest needs and provide a high-touch, elevated hospitality experience

Partner closely with event captains and team members to ensure seamless, timely, and polished event execution

Previous catering, banquet, or food service experience required

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from shifts.

Must be able to access shift requests from your phone or email.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment
