Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist providing home health services in Danbury, CT. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while delivering care in patients‘ homes. This role offers consistent caseloads and opportunities to apply home health clinical skills in a community setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active CT Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of home care experience required.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience conducting approximately 6 patient visits per day in a home health setting.
Familiarity with home health documentation and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HCHB EMR software preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0700 - 1530.
Weekend rotation required.
Typical daily caseload: approximately 6 patient visits per day.
