Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the CVICU, including titration of vesicant medications, vasoactive pressors, sedation, and paralytics.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, hemodynamics, and PA catheter data.
• Assist with ventilator management, trach care, and chest tube insertions.
• Perform advanced procedures such as cardioversion, central line insertion, and transvenous pacing.
• Document patient status accurately in Cerner system and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
