Mellow Mushroom
As the General Manager at Mellow Mushroom, you will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This part-time role offers the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills while managing daily operations in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality and are eager to drive success in a full-service restaurant, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring exceptional service and teamwork.
- Restaurant Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain proficiency in P&L statements and assist in financial planning.
- Ordering: Ensure efficient ordering processes and inventory control to meet restaurant demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Open availability to meet the needs of the restaurant.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgets and P&L.
Schedule
Open availability required to accommodate varying shifts and operational needs.
