Focus Workforce Management is seeking Warehouse Workers to join our clients' warehouse facility in Marshall, IL. As a Warehouse Worker 2 you will support the daylight shift in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly, perform job duties accurately and quickly.

Requirements:

• Ability to work alone and remain on task
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Communicate effectively
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Shift: Monday Thursday: 5AM-3:30PM, 5PM-3:30AM | Friday-Sunday: 5AM-5PM, 5PM-5AM

Location: Marshall, IL 62441

Pay Range: $17.00 $17.90 per hour
