Come grow with us!Torch Technology has an exciting opportunity for a **Security Manager** located at Randolph Air Force Base (AFB) in San Antonio to support our EPASS GB contract. As part of the AFLCMC/GB Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, the GBC Customer Services Domain provides a spectrum of support services covering Resource Management, Security Management, Operations and Special Projects and Events to BES personnel at all locations. Service capabilities are clearly advertised to the BES populous and provide a one-stop shop in a defined and consistent manner, enhancing GB customer support while using significantly fewer BES resources.The successful candidate shall be able to perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work that has as its principal purpose the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.As a **S****ecurity Manager** your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:* Recommending, evaluating, maintaining, and/or operating systems, policies, devices, procedures, and methods used for safeguarding information, property, personnel, operations, and materials.* Recommending and implementing policies and procedures for analyzing and evaluating the character, background, and history of employees, candidates for employment, and other persons having or proposed to be granted access to classified or other sensitive information, materials, or work sites.* Shall implement AFLCMC GB security program in accordance with USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC or JBSA policies and procedures.* Initiate and maintain SF-312 Non-disclosure Agreements for all personnel holding security clearances.* Initiate the submission of electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (eQIP) security clearance documents for personnel investigations.* Verify security clearances using Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and other systems of record for individuals in accordance with AF and WPAFB Policies.* Ensure the accuracy of JPAS and/or Defense Information System for Security (DISS) information for all assigned personnel.**Required Qualifications:*** U.S. Citizenship.* Education.* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to 3 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed.* OR 5 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 3 of which must be in the DoW.* Prior experience as a Security Manager.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Must obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance *(required to start).***Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior experience as an FSO (Facility Security Officer).* Highly proficient with computers and software applications to include Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)* Expert attention-to-detail & highly organized.**Schedule:**(M-F; 8-5)**Work Location:** Onsite, Randolph AFB**Travel:**Yes, 10%**Relocation Assistance Available:** No**Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract:** No#LI-AH1 **Benefits:**Torch Technologies is proud to offer a stable and professional work environment, a competitive salary, and an excellent, comprehensive benefit package including: ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays.**Applying to Torch Technologies:**Only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
