Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the West Hillsborough County, FL area . Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $30–$35 per visit (base rate)  
• Average full-time earnings: $55,000 – $65,000+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health LPN

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse 
• Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning 
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered 
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans 
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN 
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• CPR certification 
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
