Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy by verifying orders, preparing and dispensing medications, and providing clinical consultation to an interdisciplinary care team. The Pharmacist will perform medication reconciliation, monitor drug therapies, and counsel patients and families.
