The Cape Ann YMCA is looking for enthusiastic Fitness Floor Staff to join our team! As a member of our Wellness Team, you'll help create a safe, clean, and positive fitness environment where members of all ages and experience levels feel comfortable reaching their goals. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with members, answer questions, support equipment use, and help make the Y a place where everyone feels welcome. What You'll Do Greet and engage with members to create a friendly, welcoming fitness environment. Monitor the fitness floor to help ensure a safe and positive experience for all members. Keep fitness areas and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use. Answer member questions and provide basic guidance on fitness equipment and facility resources. Build positive relationships with members and encourage participation in YMCA programs and services. Help members feel comfortable and supported, regardless of their fitness experience or ability. Follow YMCA safety procedures and uphold our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Current Scheduling Needs Sunday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Monday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Tuesday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM Friday: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM We're happy to consider candidates who are available for some or all of these shifts! Ability to work independently while also being part of a team. Dependable, responsible, and comfortable interacting with a diverse community.
