Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
• Support project rollouts and deployments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between client sites
• This role is a Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $24 - $26 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
