Leadthedesignandimplementationofsoftwaresolutionsthatmeetbusinessrequirementsandtechnicalspecifications. Analyzesprojectneeds/requirementsandrecommendssolutionstoenableenterpriseintegration. Developsandimplementssoftwaresolutions,standards,processes,andsecurity. Collaboratingwithproductmanagers,architects, QAandotherstakeholderstogatherandrefinesoftwarerequirementsanddevelopments. Maintainingandenhancingexistingsoftwareapplicationsthroughbugfixesandfeature enhancements. Attendsvendortraining/conferencesandpresentationsforcontinuingskillsdevelopment. TrainsandmentorsteammembersandotherCovistatechnicalresourcesasnecessary. Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices. Strongproficiencyinoneormoreprogramminglanguages. Provenleadershipcapabilities,withtheabilitytoleadandinspireateam.Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstocollaborateeffectivelywithstakeholdersatalllevels.. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, considering both short-term and long-term implications. Experienceindesigningscalableandrobustsoftwarearchitectures.Familiaritywithcloudplatforms,distributedsystems,andmicroservicesarchitectureisadvantageous. SolidunderstandingandexperiencewithAgilemethodologies,suchasScrumorKanban.Abilitytoworkin afast-paced,iterativedevelopmentenvironment. Knowledgeofsoftwaretestingmethodologiesandexperienceinwritingtestablecode.Familiaritywithautomatedtestingframeworksandtoolsis aplus. Hands-on experience withLangChain, RAG, LLM prompt engineering, and Python for NL-to-SQL and AI-driven solutions. Strongexpertisein GCP (Vertex AI,BigQuery, Firebase, Pub/Sub) with Node.js/TypeScript and Angular development. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
