Community Support Team (CST) Lead - Wake County Full or provisional licensure required! Join a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & Authenticity! We currently have an opening for a full-time Team Lead on our Wake County Community Support Team (CST). As our CST Team Lead, you will ensure that services run smoothly, clients receive optimal care, and that services provided are consistent with service definition. The CST Lead provides direct care/clinical services to identified clients that are appropriate for the CST service definition (within the scope of the clinician's appropriate training, certification and/or licensure) and community support. This role has many elements including but not limited to: staff management and development, direct client care/clinical, administrative oversite of program specific tasks. We provide mileage reimbursement! Schedule FT - flexible, 40 hours per week. Pay Starting at $59,000/yr, based on credentials. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also an approved employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). We are excited to offer an additional benefit of Clinical Supervision Reimbursement. We will provide a monthly reimbursement of up to $200 to each full-time, associate level clinician electing this benefit for no more than 2 years, or until licensure is completed, whichever is first. Licensures eligible to receive this benefit include LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LPA, LCASA, and CADC Job Responsibilities of a Community Support Team Lead
- Provide supervision to team members including direct observation and evaluation of model fidelity
- Development and support team members toward independent practice and to fully meet job requirements
- Review and certify notes and documentation for staff, as needed
- Ensure follow up with supervisees' documents including but not limited to: failed activities, service notes, authorizations, person centered plans, NC TOPPS, etc.
- Conduct weekly CST meetings and a minimum of monthly individual supervision
- Responsible for completing authorization for services
- Establish relationships with a comprehensive, targeted list of providers and other relevant community organizations
- Provide on-call crisis coverage (specific cases, clients on caseload, availability to CST team members, or agency after hour crisis phone)
- Provides clinical feedback/input to staff within the department, specifically CST Team members
- Provides individual therapy, group, and/or case management services to clients on the caseload
- Networking and outreach to support the growth of the CST program
- Coordinates treatment plan (PCP) development and revisions/updates/reviews
- Master's degree in Human Services
- Experience with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. At least 3 years post graduate clinical experience.
- Current full or provisional licensure (LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, LCAS/A - preferred)
- If associate licensure status, will become fully licensed (provisionally licensed at date of hire) within 2 years of hire.
