Our organization, located in the stunning Colorado mountains, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who possesses experience in spinal or orthopedic surgery, or a related field.

Position Overview:- Become part of a developing program focused on interventional pain management, orthopedics, and spine care.
