DATA ENTRY

Medical Records Data Entry Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible for data entry in the corporation's electronic medical record system. In addition, they will assist in all clerical tasks and provide support in some administrative tasks.

Responsibility Primary:

• Ideally, bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Facility and agility in the use of mobile devices and computers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SharePoint (Preferred).
• Responsible for entering, comparing, validating, correcting, and interpreting data, as well as contributing to improving its quality.
• Responsible for maintaining detailed, accurate, and reliable records of daily activities, findings, corrections, and documentation that supports the work performed.
• Participate in administrative and investigative activities, including the preparation of reports, documentation, planning, verification, research, communications, review, and elimination of confidential information (data redaction), and monitoring, among other tasks.

Requirements:

• Complete bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication fluency.
• Organized and meticulous person, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and transparency in the work environment.
• Proactive person, results-oriented and focused on achieving goals and objectives.
